Instructions: Open the form and press the button, you will be asked for start and end years and months, the 'calendar' tableframe will then be populated, you will be asked whether you want the small (2 years), medium (6 months) or large (2 months) report, and a calendar report will be opened (if you enter something other than S, M or L, no report will open).

Developer Notes: Aliases are not used in the code or data model of this form, so please add them if you so desire.  The calendar is based on a table with one record for each month/year combination and 42 fields to simulate seven columns and six rows for the days of the month.
